The Production Management

EcoProductsWarehouse implements strict production process management and quality management in production to ensure excellent product quality, mainly in the following aspects:

• Raw Material Sourcing:

We purchase large quantity raw materials to reduce its price and do quality inspection before entering the factory to ensure the qualification rate.

The purchasing department and the production department coordinate with each other to ensure the timely supply of raw materials, thereby ensuring the delivery time of the orders.

• Implement Standard Management in Production Process:

Standardized workshop. Strictly follows ISO9001 quality management system to control all links of production. Regular maintenance equipment, stable production, increase production capacity, reduce scrap rate.

• Standardized Quality Inspection:

Arrange fixed inspector for each batch of orders and make QC records. The inspector usually is a person with more than 2 years of inspection experience.

• Package:

The packaging is made of plastic free. The outer box is made of strong kraft paper. The inner packaging is made of degradable materials on the basis of safety, hygiene and strongness.

• Stock:

Inventory is checked weekly and status records are made to ensure the safety of raw materials.

• Inspection before shipment:

Each batch of orders is subject to final factory inspection by the inspection supervisor before shipment. Arrange shipment after qualified.

• After-sales service:

All the work we do is to ensure that the quality of the product make you satisfied, but if any problems occur, our after-sales department will deal with you wholeheartedly according to the after-sales service process.
