Biodegradable Konjac Sponge

Konjac sponge is made from the thinner plant fibers extracted from konjac (Konjac rhizome) through physical methods. It is derived from the essence of konjac, which is naturally & non-polluting, has the characteristics of adsorption, weak alkaline, massage, and water retention. It is biodegradable. After the product is discarded, the degradation rate can reach 90% in 2-3 months when it is buried in the soil layer. It is an ideal cleansing product for environmental protection. Konjac itself is rich in Glucomannan. Its texture is soft and mild. It does not irritate the skin and is suitable for all skin types. It can also be used for babies.

Making Process:

1.Select natural konnyaku and make into powder.

2.Add water and mix well, pouring the mixture into mould, prepare put the mixture into steam machine.

3.Simmering a several hours, this process is fixed the shape of konjac sponge.

4.When the sponge cooled down, then put it into the freezer.

5.Cotton hanging loop is attached to the konjac sponge.

Instructions:

1. Soak for five minutes in warm water to start using.

2. Use konjac sponge to foam the soap.

3. Spread foaming soap on your skin in circular motions.

4. After use, wash your konjac sponge with clean water, squeeze out moisture, and hang it in a ventilated place to dry.

5. It is recommended to replace it every 3 months.

Shelf life: In dry state, 3 years.

Color: carbon black, pink, nature white, green, orange.
